About this Event
Once a month we will be hosting an Outdoor Excursion where we’ll meet up at a park in the NYC area to meditate, hike, and have a meal together.
We will be meeting up at 2pm on Saturday, 4/27, at Central Park in Manhattan! We will gather at the intersection of Central Park South and 7th Avenue (one of the entrances to the park) and take the trail linked below. We will meditate at least once on the trail for 10-20 minutes. The whole event should take 2 - 3 hours. Afterwards, we will find a nearby restaurant with vegetarian options for those who would like to have a meal.
Bring appropriate shoes for walking, and a water bottle. Long pants are recommended to avoid ticks.
