Terms & conditions for The Royal Iftaar 2025
- Ticket Policy:
- All tickets must be purchased in advance and presented at the event (printed or digital). We will have a selected number of ** tickets on the door for those whom were not able to purchase online due to tickets running out.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the case of event cancellation.
- Entry & Attendance:
- Doors open at 15:30, and Iftar will be served promptly as Maghreb Adhaan commences. Late arrivals may miss parts of the experience.
- This is a ticketed event – no ticket, no entry.
- Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Event Changes & Cancellations:
- We as organisers reserve the right to change the date, time, or venue if necessary. In case of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified, and refunds may be issued.
- The schedule, speakers, and entertainment are subject to change.
- Code of Conduct:
- This is a family-friendly, respectful event. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior will result in removal without a refund.
- Guests must adhere to the venue’s rules and regulations at all times.
- Photography & Media:
- By attending, you agree to not film inside the main event room where the sisters will be seated (photography will be permitted outside the room and in the other rooms within the event). We will be hiring photographers for this event to create content, If you wish to opt out of being filmed, please inform the organiser upon arrival.
- Liability Disclaimer:
- The organiser is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
- Attendees participate at their own risk, and the organiser assumes no liability for any injuries or incidents.
- Dietary & Allergy Information:
- The event will serve a set menu. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us at least 2 weeks in advance.
- We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
- Charity Contributions & Auction Terms:
- All proceeds from the charity auction will go to One Ummah Charity organisation
- Winning bidders must make payments immediately at the event. Items are non-refundable.
