Sisters of the City Wellness Walk - with Chantelle
Join us for our next Sisters of The City movement trail at Malvern and Brueton Park.
All ages are welcome (pets too).
Pushchair friendly trails.
This park has a small cafe, lake, toilets, playground, woods and grass areas. *3 free hours car parking YOU MUST DISPLAY A PARKING TICKET FROM THE MACHINE.
Our walk will be approximately one hour, no fuss, over exertion or forced conversation. Two lakes and children's play areas aswell as cafe.
No particular walk attire just something you feel comfortable in / sensible footwear (doesn't necessarily have to be walking boots).
These monthly walks are intended to be an excuse to get outdoors with other melanated women, chat, reflect on life, and hopefully make some networking connections. There is no pressure to engage we just want to encourage breaking barriers of social isolation
