Sistering Circle: Holding Sacred Space

Sistering is an important and valuable practice to cultivate at this time. It is more than simply gathering together with other women. It is beyond cliques and gossip.

Sistering is a practice of wanting the best for both, the women around you, and yourself. It is the practice of being vulnerable, non-judgmental, and developing trust.

These qualities do not develop overnight, and they are not a given. They require maturity that is not promised with age, but instead with the practice of tools, self-discovery, boundaries, and agreements.

We need safe and sacred spaces where we can practice the art of sistering, and in this Sistering Circle: Holding safe and sacred space, we will:

1. weave a sacred container together
2. discus what it means to hold sacred space
3. explore co-regulation practices
4. practice holding sacred space for one another
5. share in a collective ritual
