And we are back with another Sisterhood Night! This time it is a Women's Self Defence Class with a trainer from The Academy of Self Defence and Martial Arts. Sisterhood Nights are to encourage a community of women (of many varying ages), who support one another and help each other grow in confidence and purpose. This will be a fun night and informative too!
We will have a 90 minute interactive class and then some time to reflect, chat and share with refreshments.

AGE: 8-80
PRICE: $40pp (can be paid in 2 installments $20 deposit and rest on the night)
