This circle is all about sharing space with one another, tapping into the energy of the New Moon, and setting our intentions for the month ahead. It’s a time to speak our desires into existence, to be HEARD, and to practice listening deeply—with compassion and presence.The New Moon invites us to look inward, set intentions, and reflect. Throughout history, women have gathered during this time to create sacred space and support one another in their inner journeys. When we come together under the New Moon, we tap into a deeper understanding of where we are and what we need to live our most authentic, fulfilled lives.
A big part of this practice is the deep listening and being heard. By sharing openly about how we’re truly feeling and what’s really going on in our lives, we start to free ourselves from negativity and imbalance. This allows us to channel our feminine energy into light, love, and transformation.
At Seed Yoga, we create a space for women of all ages and backgrounds to come together, connect with one another, and build relationships that are real and supportive. Please bring flowers and essential oil for the bath salt co-creation, as we deepen our connection with each other and our intentions.
