As autumn wraps us in her golden light, we meet in sacred space to honour the season of release, renewal, and the wisdom of the Wise Woman.
This gathering will weave practices to nourish body, mind, and spirit:
Guided Visualisation – journey into the beauty and mystery of autumn,
Autumn - Spiced Anointing Oil – awaken your senses with a ritual of grounding and blessing
Exploring the Wise Woman/Crone Arche type and what she embodies
Wise Woman Journaling – reflect on the lessons, truths, and gifts you carry within
Group Singing – activating the throat with the power of shared sound and vibration
All are welcome.
Together, we’ll create a warm and supportive space to release, reflect, and reconnect
