Sirius Rising “Home is Where the Spirit Is” is still here! After 25 years producing Sirius Rising and two years away, a “Coming Home” theme seems appropriate. We are fully committed to reinvigorating Sirius Rising in 2022. After carefully considering the whole community, Brushwood’s environment, the nature of the festival and the unknowns we cannot control (i.e., COVID spread and ever changing NY guidelines): all Brushwood Folklore Center, LLC patrons 5 years old and older are required to show proof of full COVID vaccination before entry during Sankofa (July 14 – 17, 2022) and Sirius Rising (July 18 – 24, 2022)
