Join us for a unique experience hosted on the front lawn of Episcopal Emmanuel Church!Guided by Gillianne Jones, an up and coming local artist and member of our congregation, this event combines creativity, reflection, and fellowship in the heart of the downtown Opelika community. Participants will be guided through the painting of a symbolic cross using watercolor techniques.
As we paint, we will pause and reflect on a specially chosen Bible verse, allowing us to connect deeper with our faith and the creative process. You'll then have a beautiful piece of art to take home!
Enjoy a delightful assortment of cheeses, fruits, meats, and Stinson Bread from our charcuterie board! Complement your painting experience with a glass of wine or a non-alcoholic beverage.
A minimum donation of $25 is suggested to cover the cost of the event. Any additional proceeds will go towards funding Emmanuel’s Vacation Bible School this summer! Cash, check, or Venmo will be accepted at event check-in.
