Fall in Love with the RGV’s Finest—Join us for the 3rd Annual Sips & Savors, an elevated evening that celebrates the region’s rich heritage through bold flavors and signature sips. Set against the scenic backdrop of Tres Lagos, this seasonal gathering evokes nostalgia, warmth, and a deep sense of community. Come prepared for an amazing night complete with live music from The TOD Show and a great line up of pre-ordered dish options and drinks onsite.

This year, we raise a glass to those who have stood watch over the Rio Grande Valley, with a special spotlight on 1924 by 5x5 Brewing—a new label inspired by the region’s historic roots and the guardians who have shaped its legacy. Crafted as a tribute to the guardians of the border—past and present.

We’re thrilled to welcome Delgado Collective, led by acclaimed Chef Larry Delgado, as our featured culinary partner. Known for SALT – New American Table and House.Wine.Bistro., Chef Delgado is curating a selection of fall-inspired culinary delights designed to satisfy and celebrate the spirit of community.

How to Participate:

• RSVP and Show Up! Admission is completely free!
• RSVP is needed for an accurate count.
• Pre-order Dinner after you RSVP and before September 22 if you want the full culinary experience.
• Once Delgado Collective is ready to accept orders, a link will be emailed to everyone who RSVP’d.
• Purchase Drinks on-site from Delgado Collective. There will be non-alcoholic options.
• Bring your neighbors and celebrate our community together!
