Whether you're a wine lover looking to sharpen your palate or a total beginner, this workshop will help demystify the process and elevate your enjoyment of every sip.
This relaxed, approachable class strips away the snobbery and gives you the tools to taste thoughtfully, speak intelligently about wine, and understand what you actually like (and why).

- How to thoughtfully taste and evaluate wine
- The five S’s of wine tasting (see, swirl, sniff, sip, savor)
- Tips for identifying flavor notes and structure
- How to distinguish between varietals and wine styles
- How food pairing affects flavor (charcuterie optional!)
- Which wines are worth taking home—we’ll be pouring and selling your favorites
