Come join The Laker Educational Foundation on an incredible culinary journey at Spring Lake Farm! The Spring Lake Farm team will be preparing a true farm to table dinner featuring seasonal appetizers and a three-course plated meal highlighting produce from SLF's organic farm and meat from a local rancher in Elko- New Market.Upon arrival to the event, you can sip on a cocktail (or mocktail!), enjoy an appetizer (or two!) and browse and bid on silent auction items that were locally procured and generously donated by community businesses and residents.
The three-course plated meal will feature a seasonal soup, main entree and dessert. All meals are made from scratch using produce from Spring Lake Farm or ingredients that are sourced from local producers or makers.
*Most dietary requests can be accommodated.
The ticket price also includes two drink tickets with a cash bar available for any additional purchases.
Proceeds from this event will benefit PLSAS students through The Laker Educational Foundation's Laker Impact project, Every Buddy's Playground, which strives to create inclusive and accessible playgrounds at all PLSAS elementary schools.
