You've heard of paint 'n' sip, well, how about a sip 'n' strum? Join us for an adults-only evening of music education and merlot.. strumming and single malts.. ukuleles and, ok, I've run out of fun word play, but I think you get the idea!This is a fun "class" for the over 21 set. We'll go over ukulele playing basics and by the end of the night you'll be sipping, snacking, and strumming, and hopefully, we'll have a few laughs along the way, too!
You don't need to have any prior knowledge of playing the ukulele, or any other instrument. You don't even have to have your own ukulele! We'll provide ukuleles, some printed materials, and our teacher will guide you through playing a few fun songs with some basic chords. (Just three or four chords can take you a long way!)
We'll also provide some snacks because, of course, no one should strum or sip on an empty stomach. Our refueling station will be stocked with the usual (hot drinks from the Keurig, juice boxes, water and soda), but feel free to bring your own adult beverages, too!
The fee for the night is $40 a person, or $60 for a couple. To reserve your spot, please email [email protected]
