This is our weekly Sip 'n' Stroll, Mental Health Awareness Week edition! Supported by Zoho AU/NZ, your hot drink will be covered. We'll meet outside the Takapuna Beach Cafe at 7.00am and then go for a walk along the beach.
The event officially finishes at 8.00am, and there is another event immediately following this one that we will be walking to if you'd like to join us (check out our other events to register for that one - there are limited spots).
Bring along your kids, your dog, and any friends, family or colleagues you think could also use some fresh air, some relaxation and a good chat.
If it's raining on the morning, we'll grab a table indoors at the Takapuna Beach Cafe instead.
