This is sure to be a fun festive workshop! We will be building our own gingerbread houses out of clay slabs and then decorating with white slip to look like frosting. Cut out windows and doors, add a chimney and whatever else you can think of. Display it all winter with some fairy lights inside! Make this gingerbread house once and pull it out every year to decorate, it will never “go bad” !!This workshop will require a lot of clay prep before the class so that extra time is reflected in the price of the class. Each person will start with already cut to shape clay pieces and a squirt bottle full of white slip for decorating. I also have other colors you can paint on your house as well. You leave your finished houses at the studio to dry, and I will fire them. They will be ready for pickup within 2 weeks after the workshop.
And as always, snacks and wine are provided but feel free to b.y.o.b!
