Start the new year with love, ease, and joy.
In this relaxing, mindful wellness retreat, Made With Love and Zenit Journals founder Alina will guide you through journaling, painting, and collaging for you to create a vision board painting - a source of inspiration to last your entire 2025.
The guided journaling will inform your vision board. We'll journal to envision what you want for your year - for your goals, your dreams, your well-being, your work-life harmony. We'll also journal to connect with your strengths, sources of inspiration, and sources of comfort.
You'll then paint and/or collage to create your vision board that represents your hopes, desires, strengths, and values that will guide you through the year.
You'll go home with your very own painted and crafted vision board. Use it for inspiration when you need encouragement. Use it for guidance when you're navigating big choices. Use it to remind yourself that you have everything you need to go where you want to go. You are amazing as you are!
Materials and light refreshments provided.
Vision board materials include: canvases, acrylic and watercolor paint, paint markers, stencils, craft paper, fabrics, glue, and stickers. If you have magazines and other materials you would like to include for your vision board, you are welcome to bring them!
Bring your journal/notebook for the journaling part - or buy a journal at the shop for half off!
Parking is FREE street parking and is typically easy to find!
