? Let's Sip & Sweat San Antonio!!!We first introduced this series to San Antonio in 2018 & have had the opportunity to partner with some really great local establishments over the years.
? What happens at a Sip & Sweat?
We sip & sweat of course, but not quite in that order.
We'll get started at 11am, kicking off the morning with a 45-minute, heart-pumping workout, led by me. Right after we'll mingle by the bar with some refreshing adult beverages (the first two on us)!!!
Not a sipper? No problem! Select our "Sweat Only" ticket option at checkout and join us for a great workout & community.
What you'll need to bring:
- Towel (for the sweating)
- Hat and/or Sunglasses (we are in the sun)
- Exercise mat or beach towel (for ground exercises)
- Water bottle (to stay hydrated)
- Smiles & laughter ?
We always encourage you to invite your friends BUT this is also a great way to meet new people who enjoy some of the same activities you do!!!
