I acknowledge that Phx Women’s Club is not responsible for the actions of event venues, third-party vendors, or other attendees. I also consent to the use of any photographs or recordings taken at events for promotional purposes.

By registering, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms.
