About this Event
Snuggle up with a sampling of four, 4 oz portions of soup paired with four, 2 oz pours of our wines, along with bread and four compressed butters. Chef Timm of The Hungry Hiker will provide a bread and butter making demo. Cost includes all food, demonstration as well as recipes for both soups and butters so you can recreate the experience at home.

Vegan Wild Rice soup paired with Northern Whites
Chicken Tortilla soup paired with Kienuka
Grilled Cheese soup paired with Conquer
Loaded potato soup paired with Altitude
Compressed butter offering includes:
Roasted garlic
Lemon thyme
