Following this social hour, Autumn Leigh will guide participants through a transformative 45-minute sound bath experience, designed to promote relaxation and inner peace.
This event reflects our founder's background as a Certified Holistic Health Coach and commitment to supporting wellness in our community. As part of our mission to create an eclectic space designed for connection and exploration, we're providing yoga mats for participants, though guests are welcome to bring their own mat and comfort items like pillows and blankets.
