All about the zen. Join us for an intimate, restful afternoon sound bath where we'll be tucked away and cozy in the barrel room for a 60-minute session. Then, enjoy your Complimentary mimosa, glass of rosé, or white wine after our class! Feel free to stay for a while and grab some snacks, too! Yoga mats provided — bring a blanket and pillow!

Please arrive 10 minutes early, and bring a blanket/pillow for added comfort. We encourage you to dress in comfortable, warm layers.

Sound Healing

This modality offers a wonderful natural alternative to support you if you are experiencing symptoms such as stress, tension, anxiety, depression, mood swings, trouble sleeping, or high blood pressure. It will carry you through a deeply immersive, extended savasana. Sound instruments include crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, Tingsha bells, chimes, drums, voice, and more.

Certified Sound & Energy Healing Practitioner & Yoga Instructor offering both in-person and virtual sessions that nurture the mind, body, and spirit. Through a blend of holistic modalities such as breathwork, sound healing, vibrational therapy, meditation, mindfulness, yoga, Reiki, aromatherapy, and somatic movement, she creates experiences that promote deep relaxation, energetic balance, and inner harmony.
