Caroline is responsible for growing and developing Google’s presence in New Zealand and driving the company’s overall business operations. She’s passionate about helping local businesses and New Zealanders thrive in the digital age. In addition to her leadership role at Google, Caroline serves on the Google AUNZ Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council and is the Executive Sponsor of the Google Women@ community, demonstrating her commitment to fostering diversity in leadership.
Before joining Google, Caroline’s career spanned multiple industries and continents, including leadership roles at Philips Royal Electronics, GE, and Latitude Financial Service. She also serves as a Director for The Warehouse Group and is a member of Global Women and the New Zealand Institute of Directors.
