About this Event
Gather with us for an autumn evening around the fire! We’ll be serving wild teas brewed from native plants—Staghorn Sumac and Rose Hips—and sharing a taste of nature’s bounty. You might even get to try elderberry syrup, juneberry jam, and (if we’re lucky) some pawpaw fruit!
Bring along a favorite recipe that uses native plants—whether it’s something you’ve made before or just a dish you love to talk about. Copies, samples, or just stories are all welcome. This is a casual night to sip, taste, learn, and connect.
Bonfire vibes under the stars (if the weather misbehaves, we’ll move indoors).Celebrate native plants in food, drink, and community. All are welcome—bring a friend!
Parking: If the driveway is full, please park just south of the house on Crosby Street—it’s only a short walk.RSVP: Let us know you’re coming so we can have enough tea brewing!
Let’s gather, share, and enjoy the flavors of our wild Ohio together.
