We are thrilled to announce our next Sip & Savor Series event collaborating with local legend J Rieger & Co. Join us for an unforgettable evening of exquisite flavors and expertly paired libations.
Event Highlights:
- Amuse Bouche: A delightful start to your evening
- First Course: Chicken Croquettes - chicken breast, shallot, garlic, bell pepper, potato, citrus, herbed mousseline
- Second Course: Brie Salad - mixed greens, baked brie, candied walnuts, pancetta, honey champagne vinaigrette
- Third Course: Beef Bourguignon - short rib, thick cut bacon, mushrooms, pearl onions, root vegetables, whipped potatoes
- Fourth Course: Macaron - assortment of macarons, creme anglaise
