Learn how to make a perfectly balanced an delicious charcuterie board!
Join us for a private hands-on workshop where Dana from Boards by Dana will be teaching her tricks of the trade for how to craft a gorgeous cheese and charcuterie board that will wow your friends, family & party guests!
During the workshop, attendees will learn a few tricks when it comes to placing and designing your plate, try out different cheese cutting techniques, and discuss what items to include on a perfectly balanced charcuterie board. PLUS you will learn how to make a salami rose like a pro!
Tickets to this workshop are $70. Your ticket cost includes:
- all ingredients and materials needed to make a personalized charcuterie board for 1-2 that you can enjoy while at the workshop & when you get home too! (board will serve at least two people but each workshop attendee must purchase an individual ticket)
- an hour and a half of teaching and instruction from Dana of Boards by Dana
- a complimentary glass of wine or tasting of Mount Felix wines
- a handout with all of the techniques, tips, and tricks you learn so you can walk out feeling confident that you can properly recreate your own charcuterie spreads at home and impress your future guests
