🌿 What You Need to Know & Bring 🌿
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing you can fully relax in.
- Bring a journal and pen for reflections.
- Pack a blanket, pillow, yoga mat, and optional eye covering, anything that helps you create a cozy, supportive space.
- Please avoid eating for at least 30 minutes beforehand to support your breathwork journey.
- Arrive by 9:50 AM to set up and settle into your space.
- Most importantly, come with an open mind and heart, ready to receive and release.
