About this Event
Girls night! Bring your old clothes, swap and share, try on new clothes in a quiet space with your girls. BYOB welcome!
Did you know the fashion industry is the second largest polluter in the world? Unfortunately, three out of every five items of clothing will end up in landfill within a year of purchase. Clothes swap events are a great way to sustainably find new clothes without damaging the environment.
How it works:
- Bring 1 - 5 items of clothing.
- Doors open at 6.30pm to check in and grab your free drink before the swap begins. Please be sure to arrive during this time slot for the smooth running of the swap. Choose from a glass of wine, prosecco or soft drink.
- For each item you bring you will recieve one or two tokens which you can use to reedem new items in the swap.
- We grade items in 4 catagories, 1 token, 3, 5 and 10 tokens depending on quality, branding, newness etc.
- Check out at the desk when you've found your new items.
- If you have spare tokens at the end you can bring them along to our next swap event.
Tickets + Timings:
£5
- 6.30-7pm registration, then swap, chat and drink from 7pm - 9pm
- We strongly encourage you to pre book your ticket as we cannot confirm if on the door tickets will be available.
- If a session you would like to attend has sold out, please message. We can do private group events.
What to bring:
- We accept all items of clothing, paired shoes and bags.
- We ask you to bring a maximum of 5 items.
- We do not accept children's or baby clothes, underwear, swimwear and jewellery at these events.
- We accept all styles and sizes of clothing.
- Please only bring items that are in good, clean and wearable condition.
- We will turn away any clothes than are not in good swappable condition.

Please note: If you can no longer attend the event please cancel your ticket to free up a spot for those on the waiting list.
Please note: We will be photographing and documenting the event for use on our social media channels. If you do not wish to be photographed please let a team member know upon arrival.
Please note: All garments remaining after the event will be donated to ZERO Fashion CIC to use in their community events.
