People sip, snack, and take breaks to compare progress, hype each other up, and joke about how everyone’s moth looks totally different (and somehow still awesome). Music’s playing, phones are out for progress pics, and the whole room feels social and laid-back instead of quiet or serious.
By the end, everyone’s pleasantly surprised they created something they actually want to take home.
