Join us for a fun and relaxing ceramics workshop to end your week on a high note. This social pottery class is the perfect way to get creative while enjoying a glass (or two) of bubbles and some tasty snacks in great company. This class will focus on the hollow form technique. Learn how to make and refine a hollow ceramic form and then develop this shape into a sculptural piece, vase, lidded box or mobile.
You will decorate your ceramic piece using underglaze painting techniques, adding your personal flair with colour and design. After the session, your creation will be kiln-fired twice and coated in a clear glaze, resulting in a durable, functional ceramic piece ready for everyday use.
Your finished pottery will be available for collection approximately two weeks after the class.
