Refund Policy:

Once registration is completed and payment has been processed, the registration fee(s) are subject to the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellation of registration until 31 days prior to convention: 75% of the paid registration fee is retained by the EVENT ORGANIZER.

• Cancellation of registration within 30 days from the event date: 100% of the paid registration fee is retained by the EVENT ORGANIZER.

Paid registrants that must cancel within 30 days may provide a valid substitution by contacting [email protected].

All requests for cancellations or substitutions must be made in writing by email to EVENT ORGANIZER with “EVENT Cancellation” or “EVENT Substitution” indicated in the subject line.

Failure to attend EVENT without written cancellation, or notification of a valid substitution, will be considered a “no show” and will result in a forfeiture of fees paid in full.

Individuals are responsible for booking their own hotel and travel arrangements. The EVENT ORGANIZER does not accept liability for hotel or travel costs.

Permission:

Participants expressly grant the EVENT ORGANIZER permission the right to use any photograph/video taken at THE EVENT for the purposes of recording, reporting, and promoting current and future events. In addition, attendees acknowledge that no liability will be imposed on the EVENT ORGANIZER or entitle participants to any compensation for use of images or likeness.

All participants expressly grant SIOR Canada permission to share their contact information with exhibitors and third parties at EVENT unless they explicitly opt out. This information includes, but is not limited to, first name, last name, and email addresses. All requests for opting out of sharing contact information with exhibitors or third parties must be made in writing to the EVENT ORGANIZER at [email protected].
