Because of the rain before our Singleton Edible Garden Trail last Sun 30 March, two were not able to open on that day. We are offering reduced price tickets to see those two gardens, plus another one that is reopening. Tickets are $8 adult or $15 family which will give you entry to all 3 gardens. Tickets and all info is at www.trybooking.com/CXIGB Note that there will be NO CASH tickets available; none of the other 30 March Trail gardens will be open that day; there will be no stalls or activity at the Community Garden either.
Visit 3 local gardens in & around Singleton in the NSW Hunter Valley & chat with the gardeners to learn about techniques for growing vegetables, fruits & other edibles. Learn about gardening successes and failures, and how you can grow food in your own garden.
Choose the gardens that you want to visit and make your own itinerary for the day - gardens are open from 10am and close between 1 and 3pm. Garden addresses, open times and access details will be sent to ticket holders.
Although not part of the ticketed mini trail, a reminder that Singleton Community Garden (46 Bathurst St) hosts 'Social Gardening' each Sunday morning 9-12 so you can drop in during that time on Sun 6th (or any other Sunday!) to see their gardens and the Bush Tucker garden. Chat with the gardeners there - or maybe join up! Note that the ticket sales, stalls and activity there on our main Trail on 30 March will NOT be there on Sun 6th.
Info, garden previews and tickets are at www.trybooking.com/CXIGB
Proudly organised by local community group Slow Food Singleton and featuring the gardens of members.
* The photo shows Costa before our 2023 Trail. We are very grateful to him for helping us promote our Trails, but please note he WON't be present on Sun 6th April!)
