Who is speaking at this event?
- Yuvan Mohan
Yuvan Mohan is a public policy professional and serves on the Families for Life Council. His dating journey began at age 28 on various apps, eventually meeting his wife through Bumble at 33.
Initially drawn to the excitement of frequent dating, he later experienced "swipe fatigue," learning the importance of being intentional with connections. Yuvan views dating apps as just one tool for meeting people and encourages balancing app use with real-life interactions for the best connections.
- Grace Ann Chua
Grace Ann Chua is a certified dating coach and the founder of htht.co. She started using dating apps at the age of 23 and met her husband on Hinge at 28. They got married earlier this year!
Grace is dedicated to empowering young adults to navigate modern dating with confidence and self-compassion. She coaches clients to gain clarity on their ideal partner, use dating apps effectively, and communicate authentically. She helps young adults enjoy dating and be discerning about what they want in a partner.
- Jeannette Qhek
Jeannette Qhek is a psychologist, counsellor, and founder of Chill By Nette. She helps clients navigate vulnerability, rejection, and self-worth challenges that dating can bring up, guiding them toward deeper self-awareness and healing.
With a specialisation in positive psychology and mindfulness, she tailors each session to the unique needs of her clients by drawing from a diverse set of experiential tools and techniques.
Jeannette views dating apps as one tool among many, focusing on the internal work necessary for fulfilling relationships.
