About this Event
Join us for a brand supported R&D session with Lagavulin Single Malt Whisky. We'll taste and learn about different expressions of Single Malts from the Diageo portfolio, including Lagavulin, Talisker, and Oban. Bartenders are encouraged to bring their own creativity, with house-made syrups, jams, bitters, or other concoctions that could be applied into respective cocktail programs. A pantry list of juices and mixers will be supplied by Ali Ruzbacki of the Diageo Hospitality Partnership and supplementary cordials and liqueurs will be available via Wang Jiang Lou's cocktail program. Light appetizers will be offered. Attendance will be capped at 15 guests.
Please bring personal bar tools/kits as certain supplies may not be available.
