Singing Workshop with Tea and Cake

We'll start with a warm up to include gentle stretching of of both the voice and body in preparation for learning the songs. There will be some vocal development to aid your ability to sing without effort and, potentially, extend your singing abilities.

Our warm up song will be a simple round moving on to songs which have three or four harmony parts. You do not need to be able to read music as all the songs will be taught by ear, however, scores will be available for those who feel more comfortable using them.

We'll break for tea and cake whilst the Commons Choir entertain you from their repertoire.

We'll end with a final performance of the songs learnt during the day.
