A singing for well-being group for women of all ages and life stages, bumps and little ones all welcome. Join us for songs to nourish the soul and connection.Whether you’ve never sung before or are a seasoned pro, you’ll be made very welcome. There’s no ‘spotlight’, no audition, just an opportunity to forget the stresses of life, to sing for yourself, for each other and just ‘be’. Mums, Grandmas, homeschoolers, women without kids - all are welcome!
Where: Chisholm Community Centre, 15-19 Halley St, Chisholm ACT 2905
When: 10:30am every second or third Friday of the month (keep an eye on the Facebook page where I will post the monthly event)
What to Bring: Just yourself, however you are on the day. Little ones are very welcome.
Cost: $5 per family. You could bring cash or pay via bank transfer or credit card.
What to expect: We learn simple and soul filling songs. We don't use sheet music but instead learn the songs by ear. You won't be made to sing if you don't feel comfortable and all singing we do is in a group. We sing for around an hour.
