Willoughby Theatre Company proudly presents the musical classic SINGIN’ IN THE RAIN in October 2024!Splashing onto the Concourse Chatswood stage, relive the magic of the original screenplay with faithful adaptations of every iconic scene, song, and dance. This timeless tale follows the lives of silent film stars Don Lockwood and Lina Lamont as they navigate the challenges of transitioning to "talking pictures." Amidst the glitz and glamour, hilarity ensues, and a desperate search for a voice talent unfolds.
As well as glorious songs including “Good Morning,” “Make ‘em Laugh,” “Moses Supposes” and the classic “Singin' In The Rain,” the movie's choreography is brought to life. Prepare for an evening filled with laughter, witty dialogue, and a score of unforgettable Hollywood classics.

We are looking for an extraordinary cast of dancers, singers, and actors to join us on the Concourse stage in October 2024.
The SINGIN’ IN THE RAIN information night will be held Wednesday 24 April 7:15pm arrival for a 7:30pm start at Mowbray Primary School. Come along to hear from our production team and their plans for this exciting production of SINGIN’ IN THE RAIN. Get all the details you will need to be ready for auditions and get firsthand information and tips from the team.
An audition pack will be made available after the information evening and auditions will be held in June 2024.
Audition bookings will open shortly after the information evening with strictly limited spots.
