Join HealthInnovators.Asia for our first-ever roundtable event! Oftentimes, all sorts of exciting medical gadgets and scientific breakthroughs are the first thing we think of when the word "healthcare innovation" is mentioned. At times, technological advacements indeed promise value to patients and providers; at other times, the real value of healthcare innovation lies elsewhere entirely - in expanding access to healthcare services through digital initiatives, in creating more cost-effective services models through tweaks in the IT systems, or simply in encouraging patients to seek medical help in a timely manner through ingenious digital nudges. Can you think of an illuminating and perhaps unexpected example from your own area of expertise?
We invite you to join and contribute to our structured conversation around the motion "The value of healthcare innovation" at 7-9pm on 19/9/2024 at WeWork 36 Robinson Road, 2nd Floor, Room 2A. To get everyone in the room in the mood, we will first give a presentation with some general examples of the (unexpected) sources of value in an area of healthcare, to be followed by sharing of personal experiences and insights. The structured conversation will take around an hour and followed by traditional networking in a more casual atmosphere.
All materials will be provided on the spot but the participants are invited to research into, and share materials in support of, their own opinions and experiences prior to the event!
