Research shows that humans who combine AI with their own judgment consistently outperform AI alone. The question is: do you trust your judgment enough to lead that combination?
This is a 3-hour hands-on workshop for professionals who are using AI at work — and want to own that experience with confidence, not just get through it.
You'll leave with your personal 3C profile across Competence, Confidence and Courage, a practical stress reset toolkit, a 30-day action plan, and one reframe that changes everything: from "I'm just executing" to "I'm orchestrating."
Small group. Real work. Peer support that goes beyond the room. A commitment fee of SGD 25 applies — because showing up matters.
What we'll do together
Ground & Frame Get clarity on where you are today — and where you're headed. See your personal 3C scores across Competence, Confidence and Courage, and shift the story: this is my starting point, not my ceiling.
Skill Lab Practice a real AI task with a partner. But here's the difference: we'll pause to notice what's happening in your body. You'll learn simple stress reset techniques, which you can use. We regulate first. Then we practice.
Confidence Reset Reframe the thought that's been holding you back — not just in your head, but with peer validation. Others will witness what you bring that AI never could.
Find Your Courage Look honestly at your workplace. Design one small action that moves you forward — not to fix everything, but to take one step forward.
Commit & Go You'll write your own 1-page plan before you leave. One stress reset. One reframe. One AI task to try this week. Small, doable, and entirely yours.
After the workshop, the journey continues — with a community check-in and an accountability buddy if you want one.
We look forward to welcoming you!
