SOS Night is a weekly group that sings rounds, chants, and simple part songs from around the world! -No prior singing experience is necessary- Bronwyn Bird, board certified music therapist, leads our SOS group so you just get to relax and sing! "It's like yoga for your voice!"

Class description:
Join in a community circle of rounds and chants from around the world! The expressive process of joining your voice in unison and harmony with others is a powerful way to transcend daily challenges, while uplifting and energizing your spirit. Experience the unique qualities of round singing to naturally create awareness, grounded breathing, and relaxed vocal production. Discover the power of repetition, simplicity, rhythm and harmony in reducing the day’s stresses while creating joy through social song. Open to all levels. No prior singing experience is necessary. Must be 16+
