Paying homage to the songs and sweethearts of the wartime years, The Vibettes bring up-tempo swing beats and rousing patriotic melodies as we salute the songs that boosted morale to help win the war.
Delivering warm, uplifting character performances and those close vocal harmonies so reminiscent of the era, The Vibettes celebrate the sound of beloved artists such as Vera Lynn, The Andrews Sisters, Anne Shelton, Glenn Miller, Gracie Fields, Flanagan & Alan, and many more! Featuring songs such as ‘In The Mood’, ‘Run Rabbit Run’, ‘A wing & A Prayer’, ‘The White Cliffs of Dover’, Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy, ‘One Meat Ball’, ‘ The Washing on the Siegfried Line’,‘Sentimental Journey’ and many, many more!.
With audience participation and a few laughs on the way, you’ll be swept away in a wonderful afternoons entertainment that will have you singing along and boogie-woogieing in your seats.
