Setting boundaries isn’t about pushing people away—it’s about protecting your energy, honoring your needs, and communicating with clarity. Sincerely, No Thank You: Boundaries in 60 Minutes is a fast-paced, action-oriented workshop designed to help you recognize where your limits are being tested and give you the tools to set and uphold boundaries with confidence. Through guided exercises, real-world examples, and a simple framework, you’ll leave with a clear strategy for saying no without guilt and yes to what truly matters.



WHAT TO EXPECT

In this one-hour workshop, you’ll:

  • Identify where your boundaries need reinforcement
  • Recognize physical and emotional signals that a boundary is being crossed
  • Learn a simple formula for clearly and kindly communicating limits
  • Work through a guided worksheet to practice setting a boundary in a common real-life scenario
  • Walk away with a practical plan to maintain your boundaries with confidence

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR

Hilary Clark is a Certified Coach, Mediator, and Facilitator with over a decade of experience at Stanford University, where she created and led programs focused on personal and professional development, building self-worth, and enhancing emotional wellness. As a trauma and PTSD survivor, Hilary integrates her personal experience with professional expertise, guiding others to break patterns, rebuild self-worth, and cultivate lasting change.
With a Master’s in Leadership and certifications in DISC, Crucial Conversations, and Change Management, Hilary’s approach combines her formal training with her deep understanding of resilience and healing. She is committed to empowering individuals to develop self-compassion, embrace authenticity, and build confidence—tools that are essential for thriving in every area of life.
