In groups of up to 6 people we will begin with an introduction and group session led by Kim. All participants will then receive a 1-2-1 session in Alexander Technique and a 45mins session on the simulator.
Jo Szegota is a certified Ride With Your Mind coach, Masterson Method Certified Practitioner, SMART Saddle Advisor and qualified Personal Trainer. She regularly coaches riders of all levels on horse and or on her simulator.
Kim Bergin is passionate about supporting riders of all levels to elevate their riding or horse training experience to new levels of lightness, refinement and harmony. By blending the principles of natural horsemanship, classical dressage and the Alexander Technique, she aims to create a unique experience that nurtures both your riding skills and your depth of connection with your equine partner. Whether you’re a beginner building a solid foundation or an experienced rider refining your technique, each session is thoughtfully tailored to support you wherever you are in your journey. With gentle, hands-on guidance—both on and off the horse— Kim works to help students develop greater body awareness, release unnecessary tension, and find more balance and alignment in the saddle.
A soup+bread lunch, cake and drinks included in the price of £120. Payment is required to secure your place.
