Through meditation, reflection exercises, and gratitude journaling, attendees will learn to appreciate life's simple moments, express gratitude for others, and find joy even in challenges. The course also includes the practice of writing gratitude letters to strengthen personal connections, fostering deeper appreciation and positivity in everyday life. Each session is designed to support personal growth and create lasting habits of gratitude and well-being.
