Simple Fix Meal Pick-Ups: Fresh & Light

Looking for healthy take home meals? Look no further than your Manhattan Hy-Vee! We are offering our popular Simple Fix Meal Prep Class in a 100% To-Go format. Meals are carefully and safely prepped by Hy-Vee's nutrition team. We do all of the planning, shopping and clean-up, too. All you do is show up during the pick-up window to collect your meals and bring them home to cook/freeze. When you're ready to cook, prepare each meal with the instructions we have provided. It's as simple as that!

PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS:

This pick up will be on Wednesday July 31st from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM; Alternatively you may come the following day 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Please grab a cart and locate the Meat Department on the back wall of the store. Any employee behind the service case can assist you in grabbing your box! Please let the employee know: 1) You have a Simple Fix Pick Up 2) Your First & Last Name. Please ensure your box has your name on the front. Inside, you'll receive your meals along with your recipe booklet.

What is Fresh & Light? Fresh and Light main dish recipes are free of gluten*, (most)dairy, and processed sugar. Recipes will emphasize meat, poultry, fish, fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats. This class is a good choice for those with common food intolerances or those looking to balance blood sugar and lose weight. *If you need strictly gluten or dairy free please request from your Manhattan dietitian, Kristi.

*Each meal contains 4 adult-sized portions.

OPTIONAL UPGRADE >> SIDE DISH PACK: Make your meal prep even easier! For an additional $25, you can add on a side dish pack! These additional items will allow you to have COMPLETE meals for at least 4 of your entrees! We recommend that you use/cook those entrees that have fresh ingredients sooner to ensure the side dishes maintain freshness.

This month's side dish pack is $25 and includes:

• 1 container Pico De Gallo (Chicken Tinga)
• 1 package Shredded Lettuce (Chicken Tinga)
• 1 package Frozen Spinach (Monterey Green Chile Chicken)
• 1 package Mexican Shredded Cheese (Southwest Chicken)
• 1 package Quick Cook Brown Rice (Southwest Chicken)
• 1 package Quick Cook Jasmine Rice (Thai Style Pork)
• 1 container Sesame Seeds (Thai Style Pork)
• 1 bunch scallions (Thai Style Pork)
• 1 package Tostada Dipping Chips (Beef Chili Verde)
