Simon Norfolk is a landscape photographer whose work over 20 years has been about stretching the meaning of the word 'battlefield' in all its forms. He has worked in some of the world's worst warzones and refugee crises. He has won numerous awards and been described as 'the leading documentary photographer of our time’. He will talk about turning away from conflict photography, primarily in Afghanistan, to thinking about how to make climate change visualisable. He will show work on the Lewis Glacier of Mt Kenya and on the Rhône Glacier in Switzerland.
