Support the Simley Marching Band as it performs in costume in the Anoka Halloween Parade. Location: Main Street and Fifth Avenue. FREE parking ramps available on 2nd Avenue one block North and South of Main Street. One ramp available on Van Buren Street between 3rd and 4th Avenue.
