Los Angeles-based producer and DJ, Simen Sez, will be touching down across the country on tour to promote his latest single titled “Special Edition.” The new single which drops early September 2022, is dance-floor-ready and will reaffirm why Simen Sez is and should remain in the conversation. Simen Sez
With one foot in the past and one in the future, Simen Sez is twisting the sound of dance music by spotlighting textured percussion and superfluously swung drums. Simen spent the 2010's building a solid streaming discography of remixes and orignals and established himself as an in-demand producer and mix engineer- most notably mixing Lion Babe's latest album 'Rainbow Child'. While Simen split his childhood between Milwaukee, WI and southern Norway. He began his music career in Brooklyn and operated his own independent recording studio amongst a group of leading creatives in the New York indie Hip-hop and RnB scene. Post lockdown, Simen relocated to LA and began working as an affiliate producer at Noname Studios. He recently secured an artist's residency with The Rattle and is set to release his next single "Special Edition".
