Silversmithing 101: Silver Stud Earrings with Stone Settings
This beginner level silversmithing class will be instructed by Silversmith Meagan Anderson.
The address will be shared via email following signup; seats must be purchased to be held. No auditing.
*We will be working with VERY small materials, so please be sure to bring glasses if you use them for reading.
During this class, you will practice soldering as you make a pair of solid sterling silver stud earrings, then build and finish your earrings with stone settings, taking home two pairs of silver earrings handmade entirely from scratch by YOU!
Class fee includes a toolkit rental, silver supplies, and either black onyx or red carnelian cabochons (domes stones for setting in silver). You may bring your own stone (pending instructor approval) or purchase high-grade stones from SPCS during the class.
