Join us for a rejuvenating 11.5 km social walk along the stunning Silverdale coastline, culminating with a gentle ascent of Arnside Knott. This relaxed event is perfect for those looking to connect with nature and enjoy the company of like-minded individuals.We'll begin our journey at Carringtons Coffee Co.'s new BOLD shop in Silverdale, known for their specialty coffees and commitment to community well-being. After the walk, participants can look forward to returning to the coffee shop to relax and socialize.

• Date & Time: Sunday 9th March
• Starting Point: Carringtons Coffee Co.'s new BOLD shop in Silverdale
• Distance: Approximately 11.5 km
• Duration: Around 3 hours
• Terrain: Rocky and uneven paths, uphill trails, and some road walking. Due to the nature of the terrain, this walk is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs, pushchairs, or those with limited mobility.
• Dogs: Friendly dogs on leads are welcome to join!
This event is organized by Blackdog Outdoors, an multi award winning, non-profit charity dedicated to promoting mental health through outdoor activities. Our events are led by qualified outdoor professionals and supported by mental health first aiders, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
