Silver Sneaker's Stability Class
Come join our fun and energizing Silver Sneaker's Stability Class! This in-person event is designed to help improve your balance and coordination, as well as build strength and the mind-body connection. The movements and exercises target the hips, knees, and ankles, but also help you become better at using your body to react, control movement, and avoid falling. A typical class is around 40-50 minutes and involves both sitting and standing exercises, which can be modified as needed. Don't miss out on the opportunity to socialize, stay fit, and have a great time with like-minded individuals. Put on your sneakers and join us!
This class would be a good fit for you if…
- You have pretty good balance and would like to maintain or improve upon it
- You are concerned about your balance and would like to work on improving it
- You can stand for at least 15 -20 minutes with occasional support from a chair
- You enjoy a fun group exercise setting

Meet your teacher!
Sarah has been a physical therapist for about 5 years and is passionate about serving the older adult community by specializing in the area of balance and falls prevention. She is originally from the Pacific Northwest and in her free time enjoys crafting, trail running, paddle boarding, baking, discovering and listening to new music, and spending time with her family.
